MindAtlas
(2002-2006)

A provider of online learning solutions and customised training programs, MindAtlas was acquired by Deasil Management in 2002. After experiencing significant growth in a relatively short span of time, it was acquired by Catalyst Recruitment in 2006.

In 2002, Deasil acquired MindAtlas – a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) specialising in the design, development and delivery of interactive and customised online training programs.

Being an RTO, MindAtlas offered government funded accreditation. This allowed organisations to deliver specific training material (such as company inductions, organisational policies and procedures and product knowledge training) in a cost effective and efficient manner.

Within two years, turnover grew from $60,000 to $3,500,000.

Deasil’s leadership, management skills and operational expertise ensured MindAtlas continued to achieve outstanding results which led to it being an attractive acquisition.

In 2006, Catalyst Recruitment, a publicly listed ASX company that provided human resources and recruitment services to more than 3,000 companies nationally acquired MindAtlas.
